I could not think of a better way to put this so I am re-blogging this wonderful post. It has given me so much to think about, a whole new perspective on the world I live in. I hope we can all give this a moment of thought over the holidays which are right around the corner & maybe include some “giving to those in need” a more serious look.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving I wanted to share with you a powerful perspective on how Thankful we are to live in the country we do, even if the election didn’t go your way. Any who … I thought the excerpt below sent an important message that needed to be shared.

This is a really interesting way to put things in perspective.

If we could shrink the earth’s population to a village of precisely 100 people, with all the existing human ratios remaining the same, it would look something like the following.

There would be:

  • 57 Asians
  • 21 Europeans
